• 40 Australian volunteers have now visited this project

•  Built 9 toilets

•  Built Computer room for the school business centre

•  Built and explained the Australian “NO DIG GARDENS” concept

• Constructed 2 large playgrounds

• Painted many murals to brighten school (and creches)

• Upgraded classrooms and offices

• Taught various crafts and baking skills

• Supplied 40 foot container

•  Supplied 50 computers and 6 tons of toys, clothing and sports equipment

•  4 local Welkom Rotary Clubs or now partnering with the Welkom Municipality

• Supplied and fitted 1750 pairs of desperately needed spectacles

But most of all – established friendships and offered HOPE for the future !
